The Stem Cell Therapy Process
There are naturally a lot of questions about the stem cell therapy process. Since this treatment hasn’t received much attention in the news or media, you might not understand how the process even works. First, you’ll visit our office for a consultation. We’ll review your medical history and your unique condition.
From there, we’ll decide if stem cell therapy is the right path for you. Not every patient is a good fit for stem cell therapy, and it’s important to fully understand the procedure before committing to this plan of treatment. If you are a good candidate for stem cell therapy and decide to proceed with the treatment, the actual procedure is quick and painless.
The procedure is a simple injection that lasts only a few minutes. It shouldn’t hurt, and you shouldn’t have any side effects! We’ll keep you in the office for a few minutes after the injection just in case you experience any discomfort because of needles or injections. After that, you’re free to go home! You don’t need anyone to take you home from the procedure, and you don’t need any time to recover before resuming your daily routine.
How long will it take to see a difference after stem cell therapy?
Once you receive your injection, the stem cells in the affected area are hard at work. Because the cells need to regenerate, it can take several weeks before you notice a difference. There is no downtime after the injection, but immediate improvements are rare.
You’ll likely notice a difference after stem cell therapy within four to six weeks. At that point, you’ll return to the office for a follow-up appointment. We’ll review your progress and see how your affected condition or injury is feeling after the stem cell treatment. Most patients only need one injection!
Stem cell therapy is a permanent solution which heals your body from the inside out. That means you won’t need medication or harsh treatments to finally improve your wellbeing! Do you think stem cell therapy is right for you? Contact Charlotte Stem Cell today for a consultation!
